All sales are final unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of vintage and antique jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or general wear.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or differs substantially from its description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon review, we will gladly offer a full refund, store credit, or a combination of both, depending on the circumstances and your preference.

Please note:

-Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt and accompanied by clear photos of the item and packaging.

-Items that have been altered or repaired after delivery are not eligible for refund or credit.

-Store credits expire 2 years from the date of issue and may be applied toward any future purchase before that time.

Each piece we offer is one of a kind, and small variations or signs of age are inherent to vintage jewelry and considered part of its unique character and history.
