Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 days of full payment. In some cases, handling and preparation may take up to 7–9 days, as each piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

For purchases made through a payment plan, shipping typically will occur once the balance has been paid in full. The exact timing of shipment may vary depending on the structure of the plan and will be determined at the discretion and comfort of the store on a case by case basis.

-The store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

-Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments to ensure secure delivery.

We are a two-person operation as of now, and, at times, one of us may not be in the store full-time throughout the year. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we handle every order with the care and attention it deserves.
